Privacy and access

Current pilot notice. The full participation and retention policy awaits school approval. Student submissions and public registration are closed.

Public reading

Anyone can read public journal pages without signing in. Only work deliberately approved and published through the editorial process will be available to readers.

Editorial access

Sign-in uses a verified @cjcollegeprep.org Google identity plus an active, owner-approved journal account. The journal uses the account’s email and Google identity identifier to verify membership. Essential session cookies support sign-in and access security.

Private work and audit records

Manuscripts and review files are restricted by editorial permissions and assignment. Operational audit records record actions without manuscript contents. Publication permissions, public author attribution and final retention arrangements require school approval before student participation opens.

Email and AI

Outbound email and manuscript AI processing are disabled. No manuscript or account information is sent to a model provider by the journal.

Questions

During the pilot, CJCP participants should raise access or privacy questions with Dr. Guduk through their existing school communication channels. Please do not put confidential information in a public message.
