CJCP Journal
For authors
Journal pilot: submissions are closed. Faculty approval is pending for participation, editorial policies and publication permissions. No articles have been published.
Before submissions open
Use this preparation guide to develop your work with a faculty adviser. It is not a call for submissions. Final formats, deadlines, consent requirements and review criteria will be announced after faculty approval.
- Define your question. Explain what you are investigating and why it matters.
- Show your evidence. Describe your sources or methods, explain limitations and distinguish findings from interpretation.
- Make the argument clear. Connect each claim to evidence and end with a conclusion supported by the work.
- Check references. Verify quotations, citations, figures and sources. Identify material that needs permission before publication.
- Prepare for revision. Keep your original files and be ready to respond to editorial feedback.
Authorship and privacy
Final authorship, publication permission and consent procedures are awaiting school approval. Do not upload student records, identifying research-participant data or other confidential school information.
The planned anonymous review process uses a separate review copy. Faculty will inspect filenames, document properties, comments and tracked changes before sending it to reviewers.
Access and notifications
Editorial access requires a verified @cjcollegeprep.org Google account and owner-approved membership. Public registration and outbound email notifications are disabled during the pilot. Manuscript AI assistance is also disabled.
